Abstract:As a result of the lack of inversion symmetry, very large Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI) has been reported for a series of Janus monolayers of manganese dichalcogenides within the framework of first-principles calculations (Liang et al. \textit{Phys.
