Investigation of the earth surface contamination from unauthorized waste disposal facilities using remote sensing technologies

Abstract: Within the framework of this study, some specific features of monitoring the earth surface pollution from unauthorized waste disposal facilities are considered. Some methods of remote sensing of the earth surface designed to obtain information about the sources of its pollution are analyzed. A system of infrared remote detection of unauthorized waste disposal facilities is proposed.
