Investigation of the Effect of 6-Week Fitness Study on Motorical and Technical Skills in Volleyball Players

Abstract: The aim of the study is to examine the effects of 6-week fitness exercises on the motor skills and technical skills in young volleyball players Methods: Twelve volleyball athletes (average age is 15,7±0,9 year) with a minimum 2-year volleyball license participated in this study voluntarily.
