Abstract:One of the possible mechanisms of the interaction of a bounded combustion region (flame) with an applied electric field is considered. The investigation is based on application of the electrohydrodynamics (EHD) methods to describe chemically reacting multicomponent nonequilibrium partially ionized gas mixtures.
