Abstract:Thermal conductivity detector for use in gas dynamic express-analyzers and high-speed chromatography systems is being developed by chemistry department in cooperation with other Samara University departments. This article is devoted to investigating the effect of temperature on detector sensitivity. Silicon underlying with resistive chromium layer was used as a sensitive element of the detector.
