Investigation of thermal neutron detection capability of a CdZnTe detector in a mixed gamma-neutron radiation field

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the thermal neutron measurement capability of a CdZnTe detector irradiated in a mixed gamma-neutron radiation field.
