Investigation on a No Trial Weight Spray Online Dynamic Balancer

Abstract: In order to suppress the spindle vibration with high efficiency and high precision, a no without trial weight spray online balance method is proposed in this paper. By analyzing the relationship between the unbalanced excitation and the unbalanced response of the spindle, the relationship between the dynamic influence coefficient and the system model is studied. A high-speed spindle finite element analysis model was established, and the dynamic influence coefficient matrix was identified. A no trial weight spr… Show more

“…The unbalanced distribution of the wind turbine can be obtained from the vibration data, and then the rotor balance can be completed. Yun et al [29] have established a rotor system dynamics model to analyze the relationship between unbalance and vibration response and then obtained the relationship between the structural parameters of the rotor system and the influence coefficient, based on this model, a liquid-jet online dynamic balancing machine was developed. Deepthikumar et al [30] have replaced the transfer matrix with the influence coefficient matrix to achieve the dynamic balance of the flexible rotor.…”

“…The focus of many modern balancing methods is to substitute measurements with simulations. Recent examples of model-based balancing techniques were proposed by Yun et al [15], Carvalho et al [16] and Nordmann et al [17,18]. This paper investigates the application of a model-based modal balancing technique for warped rotors utilising the Numerical Assembly Technique (NAT).…”
