Investigation on the Dynamic Behaviour of an Ultrasonic-Levitation Magnetic Guiding System

Abstract: Abstract. Guiding systems for precision manufacturing machines have to fulfil high demands. Low compliance and the absence of friction is required to achieve a high production accuracy.
