“…The last interesting point is the use of diapers as an alternative matrix. This has already been described in a first case for paracetamol, alcohols, and formate ions and was confirmed in the present case when bromazepam was identified in two samples taken from a diaper. In the absence of urine at day 10, no quantitative comparison is possible, but our result confirms that this matrix can be used to identify molecules when urine sampling is very difficult or impossible, particularly in infants or incontinent patients.…”
