Investimenti per lo sviluppo: i progetti pilota in Epiro e Sardegna

Abstract: L'Agenzia europea per la produttività dell'Oece nasceva nel 1953 per modernizzare i sistemi produttivi dei paesi membri. Dalla metà del decennio, l'Agenzia impostò progetti sul campo per affrontare la questione dell'arretratezza del Sud Europa. L'azione corrispondeva all'esigenza di assistere i paesi "sottosviluppati", per favorire integrazione dei mercati e stabilizzazione politica.
