Investing in student wellbeing: A design-based educational research approach to develop a longitudinal proactive program to improve wellbeing of medical students

Abstract: Background Many medical students suffer from psychosocial distress and mental health problems, raising concerns about their sustainable employability and subjective wellbeing.
