Involvement of L-selectin expression inBurkholderia pseudomallei-infected monocytes invading the brain during murine melioidosis

Abstract: The development of neurologic melioidosis was linked to the elicitation of Burkholderia pseudomallei-infected L-selectinCD11b BALB/c cells in our previous study.
