Ion Beam Analysis of Hydrogen-Treated Ti/TiN Protective Nanomultilayers

Abstract: Ti/TiN multilayer lms with a few multilayer periods and a total sub-µm thickness were deposited on AISI 304 stainless steel substrates by ion coating deposition technique.
