Ion Conductivity of Li0.5+XLa0.5TiO3 Materials for Li-Ion Solid Electrolyte

Abstract: The practical application of Li0.5+xLa0.5TiO3(LLTO) perovskite structural materials is limited by its low total conductivity. In order to improve the ionic conductivity, different ratios of Li-doping material were investigated in this study. LLTO materials were synthesized by the solid-state reaction method.
