Iranian health financing system challenges to promote health outcomes: Qualitative study

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Adequate health financing system should have key criteria and characteristics such as risk distribution over time, risk accumulation, sustainable resource provision, and resource allocation based on meeting essential needs.
