Irisin and the Possible Impact on a Cytokin Storm in Athletes with COVID-19: A Case Report

Abstract: Possible role of irisin as a suppressor of inflammatory exacerbation in athletes at Covid-19. Illustrated by the present report of a crossfit athlete patient, with a genetic profile for inflammatory exacerbation, who acquired Covid-19 and presented a good clinical evolution.
