Iritis and pupillary distortion after periorbital cosmetic alexandrite laser

Abstract: Alexandrite laser treatment of the upper eyelid region may penetrate the eyelid, causing anterior uveitis and irreversible damage to the iris. We recommended appropriate eye protection during this therapeutic procedure.
