Iron Deficiency in Young Children and Methods of its Correction

Abstract

Железодефицитные состояния являются актуальнейшей проблемой современной педиатрии. В статье представлены данные отечественных и зарубежных исследований о распространенности железодефицитной анемии и латентного дефицита железа. Обсуждаются существующие возможности лабораторной диагностики, особенности течения, отдаленные последствия и современные принципы терапии железодефицитных состояний у детей раннего возраста. Ключевые слова: железодефицитные состояния, железодефицитная анемия, латентный дефицит железа, дети раннего возраста, железа (III) гидроксид полимальтозный комплекс.
