Is a diagnostic video-assisted thoracoscopic thymectomy an acceptable first-line approach to the suspicious anterior mediastinal mass?

Abstract: Introduction:The incidental early-stage thymic mass presents a diagnostic challenge. Video-assisted thoracoscopic (VAT) thymectomy is an attractive but potentially morbid solution.
