Is a tourniquet necessary in arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction?

Abstract: Background: In the past few decades, the number of surgery of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) implemented in the outpatient centers has dramatically enhanced.
