Is androgenetic alopecia a risk for atherosclerosis?

Abstract: Severe vertex pattern AGA should be considered to have an increased risk of subclinical atherosclerosis. For this reason, CCA IMT measurement can be recommended as a non-invasive and early diagnostic method.
