Abstract: The main treatment approaches for sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL) involve oral and intratympanic corticosteroids, but their efficacy remains controversial. The study objective was to evaluate the benefit of oral corticosteroids followed by intratympanic salvage treatment.
