Is It Possible and Safe to Perform Acetabular-preserving Resections for Malignant Neoplasms of the Periacetabular Region?

Abstract: Background Primary malignant tumors located near the acetabulum are usually managed by resection of the tumor with wide margins that include the acetabulum.
