Is Leishmaniasis adequately notified in Sri Lanka? A survey among doctors from an endemic district, Sri Lanka.

Abstract: Background: Leishmaniasis is a notifiable disease in Sri Lanka since 2008. Previous studies show a gap in the notification of leishmaniasis.
