Abstract:Magnesium (Mg) deficiency is linked to diabetes and cardiovascular (CV) events. Treatment with the sodiumglucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor was associated with a suppressed occurrence of CV events in patients with type 2 diabetes.
