Is there a significance of 1 mm margin status following pancreaticoduodenectomy in carcinoma head of pancreas?

Abstract: large lesions can be laparoscopic management of left sided lesions. This aim of this study is to assess the impact of size on the feasibility and safety of lesions in the left pancreas. Methods: A retrospective collected database of patient undergoing LLP between June 2007 and June 2015 was reviewed.
