Is there any relation between coronary atherosclerosis and tympanosclerosis?

Abstract: Objective: Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease of medium and large-sized arteries. Tympanosclerosis is the hyalinization and calcification of the connective tissue in the middle ear, including the tympanic membrane.
