Abstract: Aim: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy (PCN) placement in pregnancy. Method: Medical records of 26 pregnant patients who were inserted with a total of 27 PCN catheters between June 2020 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed to assess imaging findings, procedural parameters, technical success, delivery outcomes, and procedural complications.
