Is vancomycin monitoring of real value in pediatric cancer patients?

Abstract: Vancomycin is not nephrotoxic by itself but many patients using it with other nephrotoxic agents show nephrotoxicity to some extent. Whether to monitor or not to monitor vancomycin needs further study.
