ISI Cancellation for Timing Hopping Ultra Wideband Systems

Abstract: Timing Hopping Ultra Wideband (TH-UWB) system can provide high data rate and resolve individual multi-path components. To obtain several hundred Mbps data rate, the inter-symbol-interference (ISI) is unavoidable. The conventional Rake receiver is an effective structure for collecting multi-path energy in UWB channel environment, but can't suppress ISI.
