Isolated abdominal aortic dissection

Abstract: Isolated acute abdominal aortic dissection is a rare condition, accounting for 1.3% of all aortic dissections. It may be classified as iatrogenic, traumatic or spontaneous. To date, only 92 patients have been reported in western literature.
