Abstract:Extrahepatic bile duct injury is commonly associated with hepatic, duodenal, or pancreatic injuries, and isolated extrahepatic bile duct injury is rare. We report a patient who presented with an isolated extrahepatic bile duct injury after blunt trauma. A 50-year-old man was referred to our hospital after having suffered a fall down injury.
