Abstract: Polycysticdisease of the pancreasis a rare disease most often seen in association with polycystic kidney disease and Von Hippel Lindau syndrome. It is characterized by the presence of single or multiple simple congenital cysts in the pancreatic parenchyma. These cysts are benign in nature and do not communicate with the main pancreatic duct.
