Abstract: Lyme neuroborreliosis (LNB) is a rare but potentially serious manifestation of Lyme disease, caused by the spirochete <i>Borrelia burgdorferi</i>. Although LNB can affect various neurological systems, neurosensory hearing loss as the sole presentation is uncommon.
