IT Adaption with Knowledge Conversion Process (SECI)?

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to identify the extent of adaptation of information technology in the process of knowledge conversion at the King Abdullah University Hospital. The study develops a model that explores the information technology (IT) adaption with knowledge conversion process (SECI).
