İzole Tüberküloz Lenfadenite Bağlı Şilotoraks

Abstract

Despite advances in medicine, tuberculosis is still an important health problem today. About 20% of these are extrapulmonary tuberculosis, primarily lymph node, and pleura. Although it is rare in developed countries, tuberculous lymphadenitis and related chylothorax can be seen in some countries. In this article, we aimed to increase the awareness on the diagnosis of tuberculous lymphadenitis in a patient which we operated for chylothorax.
