Abstract:Two nanoparticles, aluminum dioxide (Al2O3) and vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) were prepared by hydrothermal autoclave and reflex methods, respectively. Every nanoparticle was heated at two temperatures (90 °C and 400°C). The structures and surface morphology of these nanoparticles were characterized by FT-IR and UV/Visible measurements, X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscope (AFM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
