Jejunal stricture in a patient with antiphospholipid syndrome

Abstract: A 24-year-old woman in her 16th week of pregnancy presented with abdominal pain and vomiting, and ultrasonography revealed portal and superior mesenteric vein thrombosis. The patient's symptoms improved but she developed intestinal obstruction 4 weeks later.
