Job demands, job resources and job involvement among teachers in ShanDong China Universities: Basis for work performance model for teachers

Abstract: The respondents were 300 teaching personnel who came from five universities in Shandong Province. Survey questionnaire was used as the data gathering instrument. Results of the study showed that job demands of teachers as to working rhythm, monitoring and problem solving are moderate.
