“…In the present review and meta-analysis, factors identified as significant for health professional's job satisfaction in at least three primary articles were included. As a result, salary [53,60,65,75], working experience [33,55,[67][68][69]76] and profession type [33,66,69] were identified as factors for job satisfaction in three and above studies, due to they were reported through various category methods that create a difficulty to extract data we exclude them from analysis after discussion and agreement by authors.
