Job satisfaction in compensation, environment, discipline, and performance: evidence from Indonesia higher education

Abstract: This research aims to examine the role of job satisfaction in compensation, environment, discipline, and performance in Indonesia Higher Education, exactly in State Polytechnic of Banjarmasin (POLIBAN).
