Abstract: Background: When patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA) are referred to an orthopaedic specialist for care, standard evaluation includes anterior-to-posterior (AP) weight-bearing (WB) radiographs to best evaluate the degree of arthritis and residual joint space, which can tailor treatment recommendations.
