Jordan Isomorphisms on Nest Subalgebras

Abstract: This paper is devoted to the study of Jordan isomorphisms on nest subalgebras of factor von Neumann algebras. It is shown that every Jordan isomorphismϕbetween the two nest subalgebrasalgMβandalgMγis either an isomorphism or an anti-isomorphism.
