Jordan-Wigner Transformation in Higher Dimensions

Abstract: Particle statistics is one of the most fascinating aspects of quantum mechanics. While the Bose-Einstein statistics is already counter-intuitive, bosons may be understood as elementary excitations of quantized classical fields.
