Journey of a hematopoietic stem cell transplantation center through COVID-19 pandemic: one-year experience

Abstract: Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is a life-saving procedure for oncological, hematological and non-malignant disorders. Despite global trend for a decrease of transplantation activity in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, we tried to maintain it by taking preventive measures and optimizing infection control in our center.
