Abstract: Individuals with inherited bleeding disorders (IBDs) have higher bleeding risk during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Clinical management requires recognition of the IBD as high risk for postpartum hemorrhage and a personalized multidisciplinary approach that includes the patient in decision making.
