Julgar quem mata: A decisão judicial em processos-crime de homicídio

Abstract: O que é apreciado pelos juízes num processo crime de homicídio em Portugal ainda carece de um longo percurso investigativo no âmbito da psicologia da justiça. A presente investigação de carácter exploratório objetiva analisar diferenças na medida da pena aplicada em função de elementos identificados nos acórdãos.
