Abstract:Objective: This study aims to define the concept of fair compensation, and how the Jordanian constitution gives the ordinary legislator the authority to determine the nature of fair compensation so that he may stipulate deducting part of the property free of charge, or did the constitutional legislator grant the ordinary legislator the authority to determine how to estimate the value of fair compensation as stated in Comparative legislation.
