Abstract:The results of surgical treatment of 71 patients with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) of types C-4 (34), C-5 (17), C-6 (20) were analyzed. Of these, 34 patients of the main group underwent minimally invasive interventions. The sufficient effectiveness of crossectomy, supplemented by sclerotherapy, has been proven, allowing more than 80% of cases to avoid traumatic interventions.
