Juvenile myoclonic epilepsy: Under-diagnosed syndrome

Abstract: Juvenile myoclonic epilepsy is a common, although under-diagnosed epileptic syndrome. The clinician should study the occurrence of myoclonic jerks and should consider atypical presentations.
